100% Agents pay $400/month for broker affiliation and GRAR MLS dues and receive 100% of the net commission on closed sales.
80% Agents pay $160/month for broker affiliation and GRAR MLS dues and receive 80% of the net commission on closed sales.
Transaction Agents pay $250.00/month and $250.00 per closed sale.
We can even create a program to fit your budget and business plan.
E&O insurance is mandatory and available for approximately $250.00/year.
We encourage lawful, traditional and non-traditional real estate marketing. List homes for traditional percentage commissions or use the flat fee program.
